NC Gang Investigators Association hosts first "Behind the Badge" golf tournament

The North Carolina Gang Investigators Association is hosting the first ?Behind the Badge? one-day golf tournament on August 12, to support Gang Free North Carolina and Wives Behind the Badge.

The tournament will host teams of four for a total cost of $260. The registration covers 18 holes, cart fee, and a meal.

If you do not have four players, you can contact Mike Sardelis at 704-302-6961, or Chuck Hastings at 980-722-3029 for arrangements to be placed on a team.

Individual players are $65 per player. The NCGIA/WBTB Golf Tournament Committee can not guarantee who will be on your team.

Mulligans will be available for purchase when the team registers or on the day of the tournament. Mulligans are $5 dollars each. There is no limit on how many can be purchased.

An extra meal can be purchased at $10 for anyone who is not participating in the tournament.

The event will take place August 12, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Stoney Creek Golf Course, located at 911 Golf House Road East in Whitsett, NC.

All proceeds from the tournament will go to Gang Free North Carolina and Wives Behind the Badge.
